No audio device detected on new PC( 424PCI card)

Have ordered a new PC, want to work with W7 64 bit under cubase 5
But my 424PCI card is not recognised . Specially ordered a motherboard with PCI slots for that purpose. My UAD 1 PCI installed perfektly.
Any tips?
