MachFive 1.2 Compatible With DP7?

I recently upgraded to DP 7.02 from 4.6. I'm also a MachFive 1.2 user. Now I can't open MachFive 1.2 inside of DP7. Has anybody else experienced this? I hope I'm just missing something.

If I have to upgrade to MachFive 2, I think I'll be forced to impose a lifetime ban on all Motu products, just as I did with Pro Tools because of their antiquated chicanery.

What kind of Mac are you using for DP 7 — PowerPC or Intel, version of OS X, etc.?

The issue here is not that MachFive v1 is incompatible with DP 7, it's that MachFive v1 is incompatible with Intel-based Macs.

MachFive v1 is not a Universal Binary, i.e. it is designed to run on a PowerPC Mac and not an Intel Mac. This is understandable (though unfortunate for you) because MachFive v1 was released before there were any Intel Macs. MachFive v2 is Intel-compatible.
