CueMIX FX MIDI Routing (not really OS specific)

Ok so I asked motu about their cuemix fx routing because I want to make a custom MIDI device that i can control my levels with at live shows.. but they say they wont give me this information? What the heck? I paid money for this hardware which includes the software and they wont give me support on it?
anyways I'm hoping somebody could help me figure out what parameters cuemix uses so i can program my device. after yet ANOTHER show with an IDIOT soundguy I've had enough PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me! I need to be able to mix these shows myself.
