removing DP license from a machine

Hello guys,
I have a regular registered copy of DP6 on my macbook that I am going to sell to another person who works with me (selling the mac not DP6).
I will remove the app (of course), but I would like to remove the auth code too.
In fact I remember that the code is kept on the mac even if the app is removed.
I would not like to format the mac, just removing the authorization.
