Free Acoustic Drum Beat

I improvised a sort of latin drum beat and overdubbed a funky little cowbell and put it up
on MySpace to download for free.
It was recorded in DP6 and although it's a tad sloppy here and there, the feel is good and could make a nice drum track for those of you tired of drum machines and overused drum loops.
I used a DW 9000 double bass drum pedal, with my left foot on both the left pedal of the kick and the pedal of the hi hat simultaniously (sp.). That's how I got to open and close the hi hat while still playing a 16th note pattern on the kick. It's a fun trick for drummers.
As I recall it's at 114 bpm but I might be wrong, I'll have to double check that if you need to know.
You're free to chop the hell out of it and do with it what you want.
But, if you use it please credit me on the liner notes of your project.
It is by no means a typical meat and potato back beat drum part so my suggestion is to either approach it with minimal instrumentation and vocal/narrative, or to write a melody in unison with the timbales and/or toms on certain sections. It could even be a heavy metal track with some creative power chords.
It's yours to do what you want with it.
Just my humble way of giving back to a forum I have so very much benefited from.

And download, "Drums Freestyle w/ added Cowbell $1.00" don't worry, it's free!
That's just my goofy title.
Enjoy,
