Trilian, etc. & Round Robin Samples

I see that the new Spectrasonics Trilian bass VI, like some other large sample-based instruments, uses round robin samples for a "more natural" performance. Assuming that this is somewhat random, has anyone noticed a difference from take to take? It would seem that every time one would print the track it would differ...is this true? I can hear myself saying, "T...I think you've got a better one in you. Let's do it one more time."
