Using Plug-ins Live with Cuemix FX and 828MKIII

I'm using the 828/Cuemix FX live. Here's an older post about my rig.

I would like to set up a separate mic for vocal effects (pitch correction, nasty eq's, slap backs and big verbs). I intend on using an on/off switch (like the Taylor expression on/off switch) on this "effects mic" so it wouldn't be live all of the time.
Here's a vid of me using the "I am t-pain" iphone app with my live rig. I want to do this kind of thing, but I'd rather have better audio quality than the iPhone and have the ability to change the type of effect that is on the "effect mic".

I use Antares and Waves on an iLok when I'm mixing recorded tracks on my desktop computer, but is there a way to set up an input on my 828 and route it through a channel within DP with different effects, and then back into a Cuemix Mix in a live setting? I assume there would be a little bit of latency, but as long as there wasn't doubling, I could live with a little latency in a live setting.
I'd like to have several saved "songs" in DP which would just be different effects configurations that I could call up for different tunes.
Thanks for the help...
