is my mtp (parallel) incapable of the most basic MIDI sync?

i have a mpt av parallel version, i also have a motu 324i pci card and a 24i input device. i have 3 computers running fruity loops one cpu runs all the motu hardware, the other 2 slave to clock from the mpt av. and audio runs through the motu 24i input device.
i can generate a start/stop but no syncing what so ever goes on. all 3 computers drift from each other instantly. also im getting latency on the first note (at start/stop) from the computer that runs the motu gear to the other 2 computers.
ive tried many options an im not getting anywhere whatsoever. fruity loops dosnt have any options for MIDI input other then enabling the application to use a port.does any one have any experience with fruity loops?
does the mpt av filter out any midiclock messages? forcing me to use a 2nd MIDI interface and MIDI rig just to sync?
