PCI 324 and windows 7?..or Vista

Ok I know it a long shot but is there any chance that one can get a PCI 324 to work with windows 7? I've tried my old xp driver without any luck " think it's version 3.64" .

Yeah I had to go back to Xp... good thing I didn't buy windows 7... the only thing I lost was a couple of hours.

Anyone have any luck with getting an old 324 to work with vista? My machine is a 64 bit dual core and I would like to be able to move up to a 64 bit operating system.
