Creating Roland ISO produces broken up presets

I've been struggling with this for a while, but just got around to really trying to solve this problem now. I've created iso's from many of my Roland S-7xx library cd's, in MachFive 2. The problem is, many of them automatically separate the different layers into totally separate presets. So when you load one, you only get samples within a specified range of velocities. Because I haven't owned a Roland sampler in years, I can't easily look at the contents of the cd, and tell whether it's cross-switched patches or multi patched performances that are the culprit. It could be only the performances, but it might be both. I do know that I can manually create new presets by layering the various partial presets in MachFive 2, but I have way too much Roland stuff to deal with that, frankly. Is there any way to alter the way MachFive 2 deals with library conversions? Is there another way to approach this so I can reconvert these libraries so they behave the way they were intended? Thanks a bunch for any input!
