MOTU Ultralite Mk3 under Vista 32-bit

Just got mine. Maybe it's my luck, but i disagree. It works perfectly for me. Bought a TI card beforehand and plugged it there, no pops, crackles, or whatever things. And yes i use it on my Winamp. I don't know why you guys can't get success from such a great product.

in my experience (vista 32 bit, ultralite mk3, on Asus brand new laptop), NO! its terrible. Even playing mp3s from winamp i have audio cutouts, pops and clicks. disgusting. when i approached MOTU support, i was informed that they do not recommend using my firewire card with MOTU hardware.
so i dualbooted XP and now this baby runs faster and smoother than my desktop. although i do wish i could still have Vista's audio running smoothly for when im browsing the internet etc..
