digital buzzing noise from motu ultralite ??

im having the worst days with my motu ultralite.im getting the digital buzzing cracking poping noises like mad everytime i play music and the meters on the display go krazy all of them go up and down like mad..... ive upgraded the firmware and drivers and softwares from the motu ultralite internet site and yet im getting the same problem. someone show me some light....
