Traveler Troubleshooting - Main output stopped working

I have a MOTU Traveler MK I , and the main output (Analog 1 -2) have stopped working ... all other outputs are working fine.... the lights just do not flash on the front panel when I select Analog 1-2 for output... any ideas what could be wrong?
I reinstalled the drivers, but didn't really help
