Hi Guy

I've just add 2 896HD to my trusty old 896HD setup for a total of 24 i/o but for some reason,I can only use one of them at time,they are all detect by Macpro but when I try to choose a input or a output,the only input or ouput that show are those from the master unit(896HD#1).
All my 896HD are working fine when they are the master.
Am I missing something,do you have to do something special to make this work???

Are you using them as part of an Aggregate Device set up? i.e. in Audio MIDI Setup utility Menu>Audio>Aggregate Device

Thanks for your help Jonathan but I did find out how to select more than 1 device at the same time.
