How to use Motu UltraLite mk3

I have just purchased a Motu UltraLite mk3 and are trying to use it, but are finding it very difficult. The input signal seems to be very low and I cant even hear anything from anywhere. Has anyone used one of these where do I start to get it up and running?

hey, found something on google on this... also i had the issue the first time.. when u install everything, but default cuemix fx will set all the channels as mute for some dumb reason.... open up cuemix and unmute all the tracks...

if u;ve already done this... am not too sure then...
