PCI-424 driver prevents Windows from going to sleep

Hello,
I have a 24 I/O with a PCI-242 card. Whenever I try to put Windows to sleep with the PCI-424 driver installed, Windows does not sleep, and about 30 seconds later, the following message appears:
"System Standby Failed: The deivce driver for the 'MOTU PCI Audio Device' device is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver."
I have no applications running. I have the latest driver installed.
I also tried enabling hiberation (to try that as an alternative to standby). I get a similar message:
"System Hibernation Failed: The deivce driver for the 'MOTU PCI Audio Device' device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver."
So, if I want to avoid leaving my computer fully-powered all the time, then I am forced to shut down when I'm not using it. This is inconvenient; I'd rather just use the suspend/resume feature like a normal person.
Anyone else run into this?
Thanks,
- Matt
