Hi,

I recently bought a 828 Mk3 and I am having a bit of trouble ironing out a couple of small problems.

1) Whenever I select a sample rate higher than 48 I am unable to select my phones output to "phones". This option completely dissapears. Is this normal?

2) when I connect a guitar to the mic input I get no input signal detected on the front display. I have un-muted the input in the selected mix and played around with the gain but no change.

Any ideas greatly appreciated

@2. Did you switch to Instrument on the front panel?

thanks for the reply. It turns out that the mic input is faulty and I am sending the unit back.

Before I do can anyone who owns a 828 mk3 confirm that you should be able to select phones output to phones when the sample rate is above 48?
