DP 6 Switch INTEL/TIGER/ No FabF. No NativeInst. HELP!!

It will be funny if you see this before I talk to you mr wurliuchi......
I am gingerly trying to step up to DP 602. Stepping up from 5.13
Using an INTEL (MBP) on 10.4.11
No one like me is complaining so far as I saw.
If I go with the clean install (starting w/ 6 and getting to 602) I get no Fab Filter etc (S.C. stuff) If I swap the MAS audiounit out for an older one I get at least most of my plugs back. But then all of a sudden that kills my Native Instruments and a number of other S.I. What the heck??? as in fizzzzzzz
Any suggestions would be Godsent
