Interface gone after newstart

hi
I’m using a micro express MIDI interface in combination with windows XP sp3. Ihave done die installation like it’s explained in the short to-do html. After this it’s working fine. i can see the interface under glockworks and nuendo is showing all the ports!
but after a newstart, the divice is gone under Glockworks and nunendo and ist asking me to reinstall the driver. later i can see the interface in the system controls of windows but glockworks an nunendo still cant see it!
can you help me?
