Is there any free plugs out there or any that come with DP that have easy to read RMS metering? Trying to balance a few different voice over tracks and I think this would be helpful along with using my ears, of course.

Where is there an RMS Meter in DP?
Feeling a little lazy, so here's my question. Thanks for obliging me.

There's RMS Buddy which is a free plug, or used to be. Not sure if it works with intels or not, but it probably does. Edit: Ah, I just looked and it does run on intel and in Leopard. You need version 1.1.5. You can download it here: http://destroyfx.smartelectronix.com/extras/#rmsbuddy
You can set up The MW Limiter to not limit (or anything else) and use its RMS meter. It's RMS readout is cumulative hold.

Also Sonalksis FreeG (freeware) is an excellent plugin that has an RMS meter (red bar). I find it very useful for trim operations and general mixing.

MW Limiter has an RMS meter as well.
