Workflow question

Happy Holidays to everyone. I have a DP workflow question I'm hoping some of you might have thoughts on. I've never done a project like this - I'm going to be recording hundreds of individual accompaniments. These will be anywhere from 4-36 bars each and use a variety of instrumentation - anything from simple drums and piano to slightly more elaborate orchestrations (strings, brass, winds, etc.). I'll be using a mix of VIs including Kontakt, BFD and others. My question is what's the best way to deal with file management and organization? Should I create one small project for every example, do 10 or 15 as separate sequences in a single project, or something else entirely? Ultimately, I'll be delivering a bounced file, so this organization/management question is really geared at how easy it will be for me to work with. What will save the most time and be most streamlined. Just curious if anyone else has done a project like this. Thanks for the help.

I'd probably do them all in one file either as takes or as chunks (sequences). The latter allows you to alter the parts to fit each version. The former is more 'efficient' if no changes to the accompanied material is needed.
