help me please 828 mkII freeze

hi... my problems is motu 828 mkII fireware on freeze. The screen only write ''MOTU 828mkII CueMix DSP'' not open... please help me. put in the open buttom The screen only write ''MOTU 828mkII CueMix DSP'' not open.. PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!

hi

power the device in stand alone mode.if the problem remains then upgrade the firmware.


i hope your problem be solved.
