Apparently they will, Well kind of, you buy 6 and you can ask for a copy of 5.13 and they'll throw it in for free.

MOTU sent me a 5.13 install disc after I got v6.0, but I was already a registered user of v5.0. (I had pointed out that I could no longer download v5.x updates after registering v6 . . . )
