cannot upgrade my ultrlight 1st gen to 1.1.5 firware on both my asus laptop and desktop.
small update screen shows up on pc but then no progress is shown and nothing goes on. the screen does not disappear and ultralight stays in boot mode.
is this new firmware version for 1st gen or it's only for mk3.

The firmware update on the MOTU site is for original UltraLites. I seem to recall that the updater won't work unless you have the right driver version installed, so you may want to try installing the latest driver update first.

i've checked the installation again with the new and old drivers but with no positive result. am starting to think there's something wrong with the unit asthe same problem repeats on both my laptoop and desktop. also presume it's only happening in my case since searching this forum gave nothing. can anyone please help?
