Machfive to Machfive 2 transfer workaround?

My Machfive2 arrived today and I was shocked to find that it will not open old Machfive performances. The manual states that I would have to run each side by side and save out my old performances then reopen in M52. This is impossible since I upgraded my system to the new Intel MacPro and have since sold my old G5. Does anyone know of a workaround?

You can force a Universal Binary app to run under Rosetta by selecting the app in the Finder, pressing command-i to Get Info, and checking the "Open under Rosetta" check box (the exact wording escapes me as I'm not in front of an Intel Mac at the moment). This forces the app to run its PowerPC code instead of its x86 code, which will let you load PowerPC plug-ins such as MachFive v1. Since it will be significantly slower, you'll want to do this only to pull up the old instance to save a performance file; to run the app as Intel-native, go back and uncheck the Rosetta box.

Sorry but is there another way to open my old protools sessions and machfive2 finds my soundbanks? This really sucks, I've got a lot of PT sessions based on Mach5 1 samples, my soundbanks haven't changed since the upgrade to M5 2... Please help?
