Motu 424 On XP Pro

Hi,
I have installed the lastest drivers for my 424 from the website. Everyhting shows up correctly in Device manager. But when i go to the Motu PCI Audio setup program it does not recognize the configure interface drop down menu. Neither does Cubase in the ASIO device setup. When i click on the Motu 424 it reckons it cannot configure as no outputs are enabled.
