Specific 6.01 crashes, anyone else?

In light of the lack of response by MOTU Tech Support, I'd simply like to see if anyone else can reproduce these two issues:

1. While playing a file (mine is a single stereo track, 44.1k, 16 bit- couldn't really be any simpler), highlight a marker in the conductor track and delete it. Crash. Reproduceable.

2. With Snap To Marker turned on, select an area in the timeline between two markers, and Snip (either from the edit menu or command-J). Crash. Also completely repeatable, including when NO plug-ins- AU OR MAS- are loaded in the system (i.e., all plugs removed from their folders).

I can provide crash logs for the adventurous.

Can you tell us what audio format you are using?
Also, which window?

Side report--

In VI pre-rendering mode, starting playback and stopping it during the lag before playback begins has consistently caused DP to disappear on this end.

I have always been able to crash DP by doing this:

I'm recording ...

I stop and immediately click in the timeline to back up a few measures to fix a mistake ...

If I click in the wrong place (I get the vertical scroll bar instead of moving the green playback head) ...

OUCH! FREEZE!

Sorry for the OT but can someone tell me where the 6.01 update file is?
I've loggedin and have been poking around the MOTU site for a while but I don't seem to see it anywhere.

Hey Wylie,
Check out the home page at motu.com and find the second news announcement down: "Digital Performer 6.01 now shipping". You can click on the headline, or click on the "Download now" link at the bottom of the paragraph.

Got it thanx: I thought that would have been a link for purchasing.
I was thinking it should have been in the download area.
