Sonar 7PE doesn't "see" my MOTU 828 MK3

Hi:

This is a recent issue, because everything has been going smoothly. All of a sudden, when I open Sonar 7PE, it doesn't recognize the 828, and asks me to "choose MIDI outputs now" etc. But the MOTU is not in any lists, nor in the audio drivers lists.

I power up the 828 before launching Sonar, so it's not that. Restarting the PC doesn't help either. Any ideas?

It can work but a lot of things have to match up. First the audio drivers you intend to use ASIO or WDM, then the sampling rate of the track must match the rate on you 828. You can then either direct each track to an Audio output channel or direct them to a buss that you have assigned to an audio output. As for the MIDI if you are using it then make sure it is selected under MIDI devices in the program.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think you understand my issue. Maybe I phrased the question wrong, but I have in the past been able to choose the MOTU for MIDI or Audio. Just all of a sudden, the device doesn't show up!
