I have the first or Mk1 Ultralite, I notice there is no Mk2, but what is the difference?
And if it is only the software can Mk1 users also benefit?

yes I think this makes it clear from the MOTU site....
Apply hardware DSP-driven effects processing to inputs, outputs, and busses independent of your host computer. Add Classic Reverb™ etc.......
