896mk3 CueMix FX crash on minimise window

as the title says...
WXSP2 with FW update
IBM Thinkpad T23
FW PC Card with Texas chip
It minimised several times ok, then > bluescreen,
.....motufwa.sys......base adress.....
same thing on an older Thinkpad 600e
Just minimising the CueMix FX window will cause a crash, otherwise works
ok.
