Hi

I have been asked to edit a 1.5 hour long audio file, recorded in wave format at 24 bits/44.1 khz. My question is: Will DP 4.52 accept the entire file ? The file is about 1.3 Gb in size. My sig has my system specs. Any comments are greatly appreciated

Thanks (Cheers)

I have worked with SDII 24/48 files a little longer than 1 hour, DSP took a lot longer to process. It worked though.

Hope this helps

I was in a situation where DP4 handled a live recording at
24/48khz that was 2 hours long.
The computer in question was a PowerBook G4/867mhz
with 1gb of ram.
Everything went fine.

Thank you both (sdfalk & midiot) for your input. Greatly appreciated. I'm going to accept the editing job.

Cheers
