XP seing the PCIe-424 on a MacPro/Bootcamp

No way for XP to see my MOTU PCIe-424 on a MacPro running Bootcamp ... everything is fine under OSX, though.
I installed the drivers and CueMix etc. ... no way !
It is like XP can't work with the PCI bus ...
any input ?
