Motu MIDI Express XT Question about Clockworks

I have the older version of the Xt an yes it has the M/W upgrade rom.. When I look into the manual how come their clockworks is different it even says console and mine doesn't?
I don't even have any of the options like in the manual, I can't name my ports, I don't have any boxes to check an uncheck my numbered ports.. Even some of the names are different.. For example the manual says Sync in my says MTC it's weird, I have no options in the toolbar either. It's like it missing some files or something..
Does anyone know what is the deal?
Do I have the right clockworks, I download the most recent one from the website..
