Live 7 & Digital Perfomer 5 [MIDI]

Hi! Im using Digital Performer as host application connected to Ableton Live via rewire.
I would like to know if it's posible to use a MIDI track in Ableton Live to trigger an instrument in Digital Performer.

no, I don't think so. We can't trigger host instrument from a rewire slave.

Maybe thru the IAC Driver? In DP go to Setup/Interapplication MIDI and create an input port. I think it will then become a valid MIDI output in Live...

Is it possible to do the reverse?
How do you trigger audio loops in LIVE from a DP MIDI track?
I have live running as a slave. I used to be able to do this no problem when LIVE was on a separate computer. But now that it's under rewire I can't seem to configure the MIDI map in LIVE.
