Hello,

My Motu audio system is one 2408 mk III + HD1296 conected to PCI 424.
I changed computer and installing the Motu PCI 424 system does not recognize the card, I have tried in every possible way and that the drivers can not be installed. In all previous computer functioned properly until it is damaged motherboard.
The new motherboard is Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DQ6 with Ram 2 Gbs Kingstom and the three hard disks Sata.

3 days I have been trying to install the drivers to run the PCI 424, and it has never succeeded. I am in despair, my study is stopped, I can do nothing ... Is the end ... :(

You can give someone a little help.

Thanks for your response.

Yes, I read the link. My pcb has two PCI buses, I think they work at 5 volts, since all work 5v PCI.

If the problem is going to solve buying a new PCIe card, no problem, buy now.

I still have the study stopped ... And there are many days with this problem without a solution, I am quite worried.

Not sure what you meant to say here, but I'm sure your 2 PCI slots on that board are 3.3 like everything else out there now. You need a card upgrade.

Yes, that motherboard is definitely 3.3V PCI slots. You definitely need a new card.

Thank you for your responses. Now I am clear that the only solution is to buy a card of the new 424.
