used 424 card

Hello, anyone know if I have to change out the 324 card for a 424 if I get a late 2004 G5 dualie? If so does anyone know about what used 424s go for?

i sold my pcix-424 on ebay for $250 a couple months ago...

I haven't used ebay yet:
No way of buying or selling online yet (no paypal etc).
Too sceptical about dealing with strangers when I've no idea what I'm doing both online and as far as logistics are concerned.
I'm sure the day will come though...
