It's a separate instrument, so it's not for MachFive, but check out RealGuitar.

Due to how the question was posed, I did not answer originally, but now that someone has already answered with a standalone solution, please be aware that there are several new ones on the market, and one new one in particular that is getting rave reviews, called "Plectrum" from Vital Arts (distributed by Ilio). I listed some refs for it in a recent topic on this very same subject, maybe from a month or two back -- it might have been in the Recording forum.

As for sample libraries that might load in Mach Five, I can't think of any off-hand except maybe VirOne's guitar product. I bought Chris Hein Guitars and am extremely disappointed in it vs. how natural the strumming sounded on their on-line audio demos, but haven't had time to work with it that deeply and don't have a powerful enough computer to run the "all-in-one" files so have to pick specific articulations (likely the reason I get bad results). But as this product is shipped as a Kontakt Player instrument, it wouldn't work in Mach Five anyway.

AAS (Applied Acoustic Systems) has a 100% physically modeled guitar strumming VI coming out quite soon called "Strum Acoustic GS-1". It doesn't look like they have posted any audio demos yet. But based on their more general-purpose plucked string VI ("String Studio VS-1"), I have high hopes for it -- at least for strumming, if not lead work.
