ultralite vs. 24io

Recently had to sell my 2002 MOTU 24 IO, bought an Ultralite. Not sure
if i'm hearing the same quality,although i am using the same pres. ( pair of Alalon M5's, HHB 4 ch. tube etc.) Considering the higher quality of these pres. how much different can the converters be between the Ultralite and the
