828mk2 MIDI implementation

Does anyone know if the 828mk2 itself is controllable by MIDI? I'm exploring a better solution for controlling volumes than reaching out past arm's length to my left, hunting for one of many same-sized black knobs, pressing once to make sure I'm not adjusting phones level, twirling tiny knob... you get the idea.

There is no MIDI controlling for the MOTU 828mk2 itself.

what aspect of the 828mkii are you trying to control? most of the settings are available in cuemix...
if you are looking for a hands-on solution, you could use a control surface with cuemix.

Cuemix does not, unfortunately, control the level of audio being sent from the computer to the 828mk2... it only handles routing the inputs to the outputs.
Thanks for the replies... I wasn't really hopeful about controlling the volume of the 828 via MIDI, but thought it was worth checking.
Any suggestions for a hardware monitor control rig?
