Updated PCI-324 driver but can't use new driver

I have been using the same Win Xp driver since 2004 without problems.
I decided to update for GSIF purposes. I have 2408 mkII.
After successfully installing newest driver, I cannot sync to word clock. I get digital noise clicking. If using internal clock noise stops. I have Apogee Rosetta so I must be clocked to word clock. After hours of troubleshooting I decided to roll back to original driver but can't find a backup. MOTU site only has newest driver. Googled for hours but cannot find old driver. Could someone A) Help me with my word clock problem so I can use new driver or B) Link me to the old Win Xp driver version 1.xx
Really bummed at the moment. Help would be greatly appreciated.
