Are there any really good ADT AU plug-ins out there?

I've never found one I liked, but I haven't looked in awhile. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Thanks for replying. I just can't bring myself to pay $50 without demoing it first and there doesn't seem to be a demo for it that I can find. I've tried some of his free plugs in the past and half of them didn't work. Move a slider and I swear there was no change in sound. I even did null tests to prove to myself that I was hearing what I wasn't hearing. :)

I appreciate your reply though, and I'm glad the plug is working for you.

Fair enough!
I happened to find another one, but I haven't tried it yet:

Looks to be free, too.
I haven't bought any Waves plugins, and I probably won't, but that's the only other one or ones I know of.
Maybe there's something in the SoundToys bundle - I forget. My demo ran out awhile ago...

There's DUO from Antares, part of the Avox Vocal Toolkit. There's a demo.

For me, when its window was on top, it locked out normal DP key commends. But then it started working right after I closed the widow and then opened it back up. Then, some of its controls stopped working altogether. Anyway, it was free so no big deal. But yeah, you don't want it freezing up DP. Get rid of it.

Hey - I'm doing well in this thread, eh? Sorry about the problems. I should have tried it myself before linking to it. Lesson learned.

I also thought that maybe AudioDamage's Discord could be useful for ADT. I have it but haven't used in for this specific purpose. I've never had any trouble with their plugins in any host app, so I feel safe with this recommendation.

Hey, Mike, no problem. It's not at all your fault. I appreciate the help.

BTW, Antares' installers totally screwed up here at the iLok driver install stage, and their plugs put a huge popping sound over my system and shut off all the other audio. Weird stuff. I dislike installers that don't a Custom Install options.

I have some experimenting to do with all this stuff.

Thanks!

It works great on my MacPro 2.66 + OS 10.4.11 + DP 5.12.
It doesn't matter if the window on top or close.
I'll donate next week.
