ARTcessories USB Phono Plus

Any one know how to get input from this device?

1- Plug it in

2- System Preferences / Sound
Output > USB Audio CODEC
Input > USB Audio CODEC

3- DP / Setup / Configure Hardware Driver
USB Audio CODEC (output) selected
USB Audio CODEC (input) warning message: can not be selected because there will be no output.

4- It only shows up as an output, but not an input



any advice?

Very basic :
In Audio-MIDI setup does it appear ?
Check it's inputs and outputs there.

Yes it appears. I have the in/out set correctly. But DP still wont let me choose (input) in the Hardware Driver Configuration. I can set it to output fine.
