PCI 324 Cuemix console STRANGE PROBLEM

I am using pci 324 WITH NUENDO 3 . To get almost zero latency , I always use to monitor inputs through PCI 324 cuemix console and NOT throgh Nuendo. But a strange problem is coming that, when I open cuemix console,select input and outputs and ON the cuemix console IT IS CRASHING and some TRRRRRRRRRRRR noise is coming. But if I close the cuemix window keeping it ON as it is, the noise goes off and I can hear the monitoring inputs through whatever outputs very clearly. Please tell how to overcome this?
