Interface Output vs Monitor Output

Maybe this is silly, but I have always had my BLA 828mkII's main output at 0db. But since I got my Adams, I am wondering if I should lower the volume and raise the monitore (The Adams are VERY loud compared to my Yamaha MSP5s.

What do all of you do?

I built a resistive pad into the connectors of mine. Simple voltage divider with metal film resistors. Works great. In case you're not into electronics, check this out:
