Is Machfive V2 64 bit?

I have a MacPro 3ghz, 9 Gigs RAM, and about to buy Logic 8. I've been happily using Kontakt 2, except for one major flaw.....
I'm unable to load more than 1.99 gigs worth of samples,
on multiple instances of kontakt.
Once Leopard is released, Logic will be fully 64 bit,
and able to access all of my RAM.
(currently, once the activity monitor shows me
reaching 2 gigs ram, logic crashes)
Kontakt 3 was just released, and everyone's saying that
it's a shocking disappointment, because it's only 32 bit,
when the whole rest of the world is shifting to 64. Apparently, because it's only 32 bit, it will still only
be possible to load 2 gigs of samples.
I used to use Machfive and was happy with it,
except that it didn't work on intels when i bought my
mac pro.
I'll happily forgive Machfive for the lateness of M2
and switch back if......
1) It's able to precisely load all my Kontakt 2 programs
and samples
2) It's able to load 7-8 gigs worth of samples, with
like 40-50 instances as an AU in Logic 8
In other words, if it is 64 bit on a mac when Leopard's
released.
3) I'm able to actually process samples. Meaning that
i can destructively pitch or stretch, etc.
Does anyone here know the answer to these questions?
I'm dying to start loading 8 gigs on an intel soft sampler,
and get to work. Is Machfive finally able to do it?
