i use ilio's " vintage timetraveler keys"...has really nice mellotron sounds( choir, strings, brass/strings, flutes) and lots of other goodies like optigan, orchestron and many vintage synth samples.
it's an older akai ( who?) library so you should be able to find one fairly cheap. maybe $125.00-$150.00.
