I Need Help Cutting Off The Sound of Each Sample As It Plays

I have four Parts, each assigned to the same MIDI channel and same outputs. Each part begins on the downbeat one after the other in a 4 bar loop. Basically, I'm trying to get part#2 to cutoff part#1 and so on as it cycles through each bar. Does anyone know how I can achieve this? Thanks.

You can't have one part affect another - as far as I know. Is each part being triggered by a different note? If so, just move all the release evenlopes to zero so they cut off immediately . If these are beat loops, why not just move them to Audio files and edit that way.

Yes, each part is being triggered by a different note. I had to chop the sample up into 4 parts, but the tempo in each part is off alittle, so I have to transpose each part separately, but I want them to cut each other off. Thanks.

manual p. 89 - Group setting. "Keygroups that belong to the same group cut each other off when they play."
