I need a full sized keyboard with real hammer action keys, but i dont want to be paying for all the sounds and other features. I just want the good keys and good MIDI. Any suggestions?

If you don't need knobs and faders the Casio CDP-100 is a good buy. I tried out a few other keyboards, and in the sub-$1000 range I couldn't tell the difference in the key action. I went with the CDP because it was the cheapest. The sounds on it are useless, but it has a good keyboard and a MIDI port.

Yamaha P-70

It's the cheapest P-series, with same action as some of the more expensive Yamaha models. You get some basic on board sounds + on board speakers (actually both very useful) but really you're not paying for any extras - just a very decent weighted, graded, H- action keyboard. Great feel and response and a few curves to choose from. :D
