Hello,
I'll recopy my post from 2 days ago... this is a regular trip up...

go to your hardware control panel and find the x 'd out audio driver. Double click the x... or right click.... Click the reinstall driver button and the wizard will find the motu stuff and take right off for you. Let us know if that solves it.
Regards, Rob (former pc user that happend to click in the wrong forum!)

.... that unknown PCI device... reinstall the drivers from the control panel. You haven't completely installed the driver, once you do this is should take right off for you, and you'll be good. Please do let me know if this solves it for you.
Regards, Rob

I'm having similar problems with this. When I try to update or install drivers from the control panel, it says it cant find the software for it, when I have downloaded it already.
But I also have an issue installing the driver for the 2408 324 in windows. When I click setup, I get a prompt that says "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft applications."

Any suggestions?
