Is there a quick way to reset all of the volume faders to zero and pan knobs to center in the mixing board? And for that matter, the sends as well?

Double click on a fader or send to reset to 0.
Double click on a panner to reset to center.

To reset multiple tracks simultaneously, display those tracks in the mixer. Hold Down the W key and Pull a fader down to zero. All faders will go to zero. Release the mouse button and W key. Hold the W key down again and double click on the fader. All faders jump to zero.

The W key temporarily groups the volume fader or pan knob. It does not affect the sends. You'll have to reset the sends individually.

If there many many tracks, rather than adjusting each send individually, it may be faster to make a snapshot of all send levels, then use Region/Change Continuous Data to adjust it on all selected tracks at once. Hit play to make levels change, then erase send automation (or disable send automation then Undu to before the Snapshot was made) if desired. I'll usually go to Setup/Automation Setup and Option click (to enable only) Sends before doing this operation (set it back to normal afterward).


I think that the Audio Assignments window should have Send Assignments in it too.
